Shipping Across India

We offer complimentary regular shipping across India on all saree orders, subject to service availability at the destination PIN code.

Orders for ready-to-ship sarees placed before 1:00 PM IST on working days are processed and dispatched within 72 hours from our warehouse.

Once your order is dispatched and collected by our logistics partner, tracking details will be shared with you via Email and SMS/WhatsApp.

Every shipment is fully insured against loss, damage or theft during transit until it is delivered to the customer.

Delivery Options

* Express and Priority Express charges are applicable for a single saree. Final charges may vary depending on the destination and total package weight, particularly for multiple or bulk saree orders.

** Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination PIN code, booking cut-off times, Sundays, public holidays and courier service availability.

International Shipping

We also accept international orders. International shipping charges and delivery timelines depend on the destination, package weight, courier service and applicable customs requirements.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country will be payable by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the outer courier package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend recording a short 30-second unboxing video before opening the parcel. This helps us process an insurance claim and, where applicable, arrange a replacement promptly.
