1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of shotoshreeboutique.in and your purchase of sarees and other products offered by ShotoShree Boutique ("we", "us", "our" or "ShotoShree Boutique").

By using our website or placing an order, you also agree to our applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund/Return Policy.

2. Eligibility & Customer Information

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Customers under 18 may use the website only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, billing information and delivery address. You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure.

3. Handloom Products & Natural Variations

ShotoShree Boutique offers handcrafted and handloom sarees. Each piece may have minor variations in weave, texture, thread tension, motif alignment, colour or finish.

Small slubs, slight irregularities and minor variations are natural characteristics of genuine handloom weaving and should not be considered manufacturing defects. These characteristics are part of the individuality and craftsmanship of each saree.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours accurately. However, the actual colour may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and display calibration.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, saree length and blouse-piece details will be as stated in the individual product description.

4. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability shown on the website are accurate. However, occasional typographical, technical or inventory errors may occur.

Handloom products are often available in limited quantities. An item shown on the website may become unavailable before an order is processed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will inform you and provide a refund of the amount paid for the affected order.

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, if any, will be communicated during checkout.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by us.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund the amount paid.

Payments may be processed through the payment methods made available on the website, including third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, UPI, cards, net banking or other available methods. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected for your purchase.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not by itself guarantee that the order will be dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, inability to verify customer or delivery information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or technical errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount paid for that order will be refunded through the applicable payment channel.

Customer-initiated cancellations, returns and refunds are subject to our Refund/Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the website, including the ShotoShree Boutique name and logo, photographs, product images, text, graphics, designs, illustrations and other original material, belongs to or is used by ShotoShree Boutique with appropriate rights.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell or commercially use our website content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction available to a consumer under such laws, disputes arising from these Terms or purchases from ShotoShree Boutique shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
